Winter Steelhead:$175 per person (single $250)
December-March
When the first frost hits in December we then know it is time to go pursue the hard fighting metal heads we all refer to as Winter Steelhead. I do most of my steelhead fishing on the Umpqua, Coquille, Elk, Sixes and Chetco Rivers. Side drifting is the main technique I use to catch these hard fighting winter fish.
Spring Chinook: $175 per person (single $250)
April-June
After many years of fishing, I feel the Umpqua River Springers are the cream of the crop. The meat is as firm and tasty as the day they left the sea and began their migration home. I fish springers in April and May on the Umpqua River ten miles up from tide water and in June on the Middle fork of the Willamette River in Eugene.

Salmon & Crab Combo:
$120 per person half day trips, $175 per person full day trips
June-August
I sometimes call this time of year harvesting rather than fishing. Salmon Harbor in Winchester Bay, Or offers up some fantastic Coho and Chinook Salmon fishing. Consistently year after year Salmon landings per angler in Winchester Bay are among the highest of all ports on the Oregon Coast. Starting in June until the end of August I do half day trips which include both crabbing and fishing. Trips need to be booked well in advance, and can accommodate groups up to six.

Fall Chinook: $175 per person (single $250)
September-December
I start fishing for fall Chinook the beginning of September. The Umpqua River Bar located in Winchester Bay has provided some of my most successful trips and is where I spend most of my time. Later in the season I travel to the Coos and Coquille Rivers. I end the year fishing out of my drift boat on the Elk, Sixes and Chetco Rivers.

Brookings Hawg Derby:

This is an ocean only derby where I take up to five anglers per day. Cash prizes are awarded for the top three fish caught during the derby.
